What is the PRO add-on?
PRO is a paid add-on for SvetoMaster that extends what you and the software can do. It includes: the AI assistant, which helps add and configure fixtures and effects and create, edit and improve scenes, chases, presets and playlists; the PRO effects library; installation paperwork with printing and PDF and CSV export; and cloud storage for your projects. The program license and the PRO add-on are independent and are bought separately.
Is PRO a subscription? Will money be charged automatically?
No. It is a one-time payment for the term you choose: there is no auto-renewal and no automatic charge. When the term ends, nothing is taken — you decide yourself whether to extend PRO or not.
How do I buy PRO?
Choose the term that suits you in My account. Each package card shows the price and how many neural-network requests it includes. Access is switched on right after payment. The remaining PRO term is shown both in the program and in My account.
How are AI requests spent?
Every call to the neural network takes requests from your package. A call at the “Light” level costs one request; at the “Pro” level it costs several — it is stronger, but it also runs out faster. The exact number is shown before you send, and after the answer you see how much was actually spent.
What if the requests run out before the term ends?
Buy another package in My account. The paid term is not lost: the new one is added to the current one and the requests are added to whatever is left. Extending in advance works the same way — you can pay at any moment, without waiting for the end.
What happens to unused requests?
They stay valid until the end of the paid term and expire on the day it ends.
What happens when the PRO term ends?
The program, the license and all your projects stay with you. Only the PRO features switch off. A show you have already built keeps working as before — scenes, chases and playlists with PRO effects, or created with the AI, play back with no limits.
Are there limits on how often I can send requests?
The main limit is the requests in your package. A gentle rate limit may apply to keep the service stable, but it is set so that it never gets in the way of real work.
Can the AI completely replace a lighting designer?
The AI is a powerful assistant that takes the routine off your hands. It can do a great deal, but within reason: it offers options, analyses and lays the groundwork, while the final creative decision and the feel of the moment always stay with a human.
What does the quality of the result depend on?
A perfect show needs three things: 1. A correct DMX patch — so the AI knows which fixture is where. 2. Venue geometry — the stage dimensions, for accurate movement. 3. Detailed profiles — the better the channels are described, the better the result.
How does the AI control the fixtures?
The neural network receives the fixture profiles, their positions and your instructions. From that it builds scenes and chases like an experienced lighting designer. Sometimes the standard DMX specification from the datasheet is not enough to understand how a fixture really behaves, so an “extended profile” may be needed (the 3D visualizer needs it too, by the way, for a correct picture).
Why is an “extended profile” needed?
It helps with new, complex fixtures, so that the AI understands the physical capabilities of the hardware (what exactly moves inside it, how and where it points, colours, gobos, prisms, rotation and so on), because DMX alone does not carry that information. With it the neural network can use such fixtures to the full and build complex, multi-layered effects.
What if the AI produced something I did not want?
The chat has a “Redo” button and lets you add a clarifying comment. Just write “Make it softer” or “Add more red” and the neural network recalculates the result on the spot.
Does the program need an internet connection?
Internet is needed only for AI calls. The other PRO features work offline. Core lighting control, playback of finished shows and manual mode need no internet at all.
Can I use PRO on different computers?
The term and the requests are tied to your account, not to one particular computer. You can sign in on any of your devices, but PRO features can be used on only one of them at a time.
Will the AI work with my controller?
Yes. The neural network generates standard DMX commands. If your interface (uDMX, Art-Net, Enttec and others) works in the basic version of the program, it will be fully compatible with all PRO features too.
