Return Policy

We are confident in our product and give you 7 days to cancel your license and request a refund if you change your mind, do not use the software, or decide that it is not the right fit for you.

Before purchasing SvetoMaster, you also receive a generous 28-day free trial. During this period, you can:

• explore the interface and features;
• test the software on your computer;
• connect your DMX controller;
• check compatibility with your lighting equipment;
• create scenes and projects;
• decide whether the software is suitable for your needs.

We recommend purchasing a license only after completing these checks. The trial period is provided so that you can make an informed decision before paying.

Refunds within 7 days

After your purchase, you may cancel the license and request a refund within 7 days, excluding the payment date.

Once the refund has been issued:

• the license will be terminated;
• all software activations will be cancelled;
• continued use of the paid license will no longer be available.

The refund will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the payment provider requires a different method.

If you experience a technical problem, we may first offer assistance with setup or troubleshooting before processing the refund.
