The program runs on a license tied to your account. There are no keys to enter — just sign in with your email, and the license is pulled in automatically.
The kinds of licenses:

How to sign in:
- Click Log in (the badge in the header or the button in the “Account” window).
- Enter the email and password for your account on the udmx.net website.
- Done — the license activates and the status in the header updates.
🔑 Forgot your password? With a wrong e-mail or password a “Recover on the website” link appears under the error message — it leads to the recovery page on udmx.net. Note: after several wrong attempts in a row the program warns you that one attempt is left and then briefly locks the sign-in button. That is protection against password guessing; the lock is temporary and lifts by itself.
The “Account” window shows everything in one place: the license type and term (“forever” or “until date”), AI tokens 🪙 (PRO), your email and key.
At 7, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 day before the trial ends, the program shows a small purchase reminder once each. In the last days of the trial (usually with 2 to 5 days left) an individual, time-limited offer appears instead of the usual reminder: buy an ordinary license and, right after payment, the PRO add-on is switched on for a month together with the AI requests. Everything arrives automatically, there is nothing to ask for; the same offer is repeated as a banner in your personal account. With one day left, or once the trial has expired, the bonus is no longer offered — only the license purchase. The reminder shows no prices: current rates and currencies are in your personal account, reachable by the button in the window. The reminder does not block your work and can be closed with “Later”. Your projects are not deleted when the trial ends: the .smp files stay on your computer and become available again after you buy a license.
🔁 If you have an annual license and decide to stay for good, you will not have to pay the full price again. While the annual license is still valid, your personal account offers not another year but an upgrade to the lifetime license: the amount you actually paid for the year is subtracted from its price. The account shows both the regular price of the lifetime license and yours, with what you have already paid taken into account. The offer stands until the last day of the annual license; after it expires the lifetime license can still be bought on the usual terms, but without the credit.
🗑️ Deleting your account is done in your personal account on the udmx.net website — there is no such button in the program. If you have a paid license, PRO, or a remaining AI balance, the account is frozen for 30 days after the request (time to change your mind), and sign-in to the program is blocked: the login screen shows “Account frozen” with a link to your personal account, where the “Unfreeze account” button lifts the freeze. After unfreezing, sign in to the program again.
