Command stack

The command stack is a small list of “what I’ve launched recently”. During an active show it’s easy to lose track: which of these is running right now — a scene, a chase, an effect? The stack shows the four most recent launches so you always see the current picture.

📍 Where: Live → central zone, below the submasters, the “Command stack” block.

How it works:

  • Every time you launch a scene, a chase, an effect, or a playlist, it appears in the stack.
  • The 4 most recent launches are shown, laid out in a 2×2 tile. The freshest command is in the top left, under number 1.
  • Each entry has its own icon and a type label: Scene, Chase, Effect, or Playlist.
Type Icon
Scene blue layer
Chase amber lightning
Effect pink wand
Playlist green list

This is an info panel — it doesn’t launch or stop anything, it only shows the history. Until you’ve launched anything, it shows the prompt “Launch a scene, chase or effect”.

💡 Tip: the stack helps you not “lose” a running effect. See a recent effect in the list and it’s no longer needed? Then it’s time to turn it off (or hold Reset to clear the live overlays).
